Placing Orders

Curtis Valves is open for business Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (MST). Orders can be placed online at CurtisValves.com, by phone 480.516.0350 or by email to Sales@CurtisValves.com.

Shipping

Curtis Valves normally ships all merchandise via USPS. Customers may authorize expedited shipment for an additional charge. All shipments are sent FOB Origin. Claims for damaged materials must be made with delivering freight company. Damaged merchandise should not be returned to Curtis Valves without prior arrangements.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current price lists are available from Curtis Valves or an authorized Curtis Valves distributor.

Curtis Valves Product Warranty, Policy and Procedure: Retail

All Curtis Valves products sold are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. No warranty claim will be valid without authentic, dated proof of purchase.

This warranty is to the original retail purchaser and none other and is available directly from Curtis Valves and not through any point of distribution or purchase.

If a defect is suspected, the retail purchaser must contact Curtis Valves directly to discuss the problem, possible solutions and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA), if deemed necessary by the company. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid to the company and with valid RMA before they will be processed.

Curtis Valves will examine any product returned with proper authorization to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper installation, misapplication or alteration. Curtis Valves will then, at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product.

Limitation of Remedies

If a Curtis Valves product is determined defective, buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good. In no event shall Curtis Valves be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Curtis Valves components should only be installed on their intended installations as noted on CurtisValves.com.

Curtis Valves Product Warranty, Policy and Procedure

Any product returned for warranty by a distributor, retailer or party that is NOT the actual retail purchaser, requires proper RMA and original proof of customer purchase (invoice, credit card slip, etc). Authorized returns that do qualify as “in warranty and defective” will NOT be processed for credit, but handled as any other warranty return, where the product will be repaired if possible or replaced with new merchandise of equal performance and value. Returned product NOT “defective” or NOT “in warranty” will be destroyed or returned as-is, by distributor or customer request at their cost.

New product returns for stock adjustment may be permitted on a case by case basis. All returned merchandise requires advance approval from Curtis Valves along with the assigned RMA number. All returns for stock adjustment must be in original un-opened boxes with all original documentation & in ‘like new’ condition. Any return could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns will be for account credit or credit card refund only. Curtis Valves does not make cash refunds.
